I just HAD to post this! Look at the size of Aggie! Crazy huh? Aggie and her buddy Tom can spend hours entertaining one-another! Gotta love boys and their dogs!
Recovery week this week! FILLED with a LOT of boring recovery type stuff like sleeping and eating and just a bit of training. BUT... we all know that you can't get stronger without rest... so that's what I'm doing!
Coming up? A new coach and a sweet new outfit (say "sweet new outfit" with a slightly feminine lisp... you'll crack yourself up)
