I admit it! I made the mistake of assuming that this would be easy! I bamBOOZLED myself!!!! I got lost in my own EGO and convinced myself that this would be a piece of angel-cake with homemade frosting. I am a cocky, self-assured, self-absorbed IDIOT! Not only that...I'm a big whiner-baby that's currently self-absorbed and in the fetal position sucking his thumb.

Look at it this way, it is better to have your ego handed to you whilst training than during the race! I learned that the really hard way.
Hey - it's all possible - with the right training, right? In the end, the reward upon completion is sweet. It's always a great feeling to be challenged. To work really hard to accomplish something that you sometimes thought impossible. Put in the work, sweat, struggle, curse the sky even....but know this...you'll do it, and I'm guessing that you'll actually do it really well.
